Qualifications
Honours Degree in Psychology / Industrial Psychology
Registered with the HPCSA as a Psychometrist (Independent Practice)
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Knowledge required:
Thorough information of the code of expert ethics of the HPCSA (including the moral use of psychometric assessments such as check security, confidentiality and knowledgeable consent)
Knowledge of first-class exercise in the discipline of psychometrics

Key Responsibilities
Prepare for administration of assessments (set up evaluation links; set up evaluation room)
