Admin secretary

We are looking to employ a Admin secretary for a Construction Company Based in Durban :

1. Short Term Insurance Background

2. Use the PC Efficiently, Word, Excel, Emails

3. Reception and switchboard

4. Filing

5. Female (Between 25 -35)

7. Well spoken – Good listener

8. Integrity, Energy, Intelligence

9. Excellent telephone Etiquette – Fluent in English

10. High attention to detail

11. Filing & General office admin

12. Matric

13. Excellent communication skills

14. Lives in the Overport and Surrounding Area’s

15. Good Health

Daily duties:

• Contacting clients and scheduling appointments

• Scheduling work and inspections for foremen’s and electricians

• Liaising with banks and insurers for new and existing claims

• Managing and maintaining budgets, as well as invoicing, quotes and reports

• Monthly expenses and petty cash (excess) reconciliations

• Ensure claims are completed within SLA and 100% customer satisfaction is achieved

Salary is R 7000
