REQUIREMENTS : Applicants ought to be in possession of a Grade 12 Certificate and a National Diploma in Public Administration / Public Management / Business Administration / Business Management. two years’ journey in administration environment. Job associated knowledge: Knowledge of Public Service Regulations, Financial procedures, Treasury Regulations and Basic Accounting System (BAS). Job associated skills: Computer literacy, Interpersonal skills, Organising and planning skills, Communication capabilities (written and verbal), Analytical skills, Problem fixing skills, Financial administration capabilities Report writing skills.

DUTIES : Provide monetary administration services. Facilitate, plan, oversee, force the well timed and correct instruction of the annual finances in line with Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Treasury Regulations, Strategic priorities weekly / month-to-month / quarterly. Compile Demand Management Plan (DMP), Medium Term Expenditure Framework (MTEF), Adjustment Estimates (AE) and Estimated National Expenditure (ENE). Oversee effective, environment friendly and reasonable utilisation of funds. Document and speak methods for gaining access to and transferring of funds. Coordinate budgeting, auditing and monetary functions. Verify Transport and Subsistence, sundry and extra time payments. Administer the procurement of items and services. Compile, manipulate and preserve the Demand Management Plan. Facilitate furnish chain administration services. Facilitate monthly, quarterly and annual reporting on furnish chain administration associated matters. Control over safekeeping, utilisation and protection of all assets. Ensure applicable administration of sourcing and comparison of quotations. Capture and authorise items / offerings on Logistical Information System (LOGIS). Handle queries from interior and exterior clients relating to provide chain matters. Render universal workplace guide services. Supervise, inspire and increase body of workers thru person overall performance agreements. Provide help in the creating / reviewing of operational plan. Compile a number submissions / memoranda and responses. Attend to queries from Internal Audit. Administer go away types / attend to queries. Make journey / convention bookings and confirmations. Provide secretariat services. Administer asset. Maintain asset register. Liaise with asset unit at some point of asset verification. Manage outgoing and on-going assets. Allocate tools to officials.
