A well-established culinary school in Johannesburg north is looking for a Front-Line Admin
Assistant. Below is the list of responsibilities and preferred experience.
Duties and responsibilities:
Greet, support, receive and welcome clients and guests.
Receive, screen, forward/direct and answer incoming phone calls professionally based on
clients/customers specifications and/or inquiries.
Sorting and filing of mails, invoices, and delivery notes.
Set-up, monitoring and scheduling of boardrooms.
Food and beverage service for clients on arrival.
Take down and direct messages to the relevant staff if they are not available.
Maintain business relationships with customers to ensure they are satisfied.
Make client feedback calls, record feedback and email client review forms.
Maintain a tidy front office and reception.
Receive and process deliveries and returns.
Assist with general office administration.
Any ad-hoc duties as required by the company.
Experience and qualifications:
Matric.
At least 3 years relevant experience.
Must be fully computer literate (MS word and excel essential).
Excellent communication skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to cope under pressure and troubleshoot where necessary.
A professional and friendly manner.
Salary is market related based on required experience.
