REQUIREMENTS : National Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Financial Accounting / Financial
Management / Management Accounting. three Years supervisory journey in an Finance Environment. Knowledge of Public Finance Management Act (PMFA). Knowledge of Treasury Regulations. Policies strategies and prescripts. Financial structures consisting of Accpac. Budgets and reporting procedures. Good written and verbal conversation skills. Financial Management skills. Interpersonal skills. Computer software program capabilities (good excel skills). Problem Solving and Decision-Making skills. Time Management skills. Budget forecasting skills.
DUTIES : Managing of budget. Cost Demand Management Plan. Confirm availability of funds. Monitor and manage profits and expenditure developments and advise. Provide remarks on In-Year Monitoring report. Provide inputs for adjustment of budget. Managing revenue, cash, and banking services. Monitor banking of nation money. Monitor administration of Petty Cash. Monitor exempt transaction report. Managing of debtors. Monitor healing of superb debt and series growth report. Analyze feedback on debtors and income reports and take corrective measures. Oversee software of unapplied cash. Oversee the opening of accounts. Oversee suspension of late accounts. Make hints on dispute and queries, reply and reveal queries report. Review savings notes, B-accounts and associated parties. Oversee debit and deposit notes. Control interior debtors. Managing of creditors. Monitor price of suppliers/ provider providers. Approve invoices on the system. Approve adjustments and clear suspense account. Review processed reconciliation. Verify S&T claims and advances.
