SALARY : R382 245 per annum (Level 09)
CENTRE : Gauteng (Pretoria)

REQUIREMENTS : Applicants should be in possession of a Grade 12 Certificate and a National Diploma in Financial Management / Logistics Management / Purchasing Management / Supply Chain Management / Public Administration. three years’ journey working in Supply Chain Management environment. Job associated knowledge: Public Finance Management Act (PFMA), Basic Accounting System (BAS), Treasury Regulations. Logistics Information Systems (LOGIS). Job associated skills: Computer literacy, Communication skills, Interpersonal capabilities and Management skills. A legitimate driver’s license.

DUTIES : Ensure that grant chain administration tactics are observed in logistics administration orders. Adhere to provide chain administration policies. Adhere to provide chain administration delegations of authority. Facilitate the issuing of buy orders to carrier providers. Ensure well timed taking pictures of inside requisitions. Ensure buy orders are created and accepted inside the turnaround instances as set out in the operational plan. Administer queries with regard to buy orders. Provide comments to provider companies and patron offices regarding the repute of their purchase orders. Ensure that all documentation adheres to provisioning policies and regulations. Adhere to Logistics Management Standard Operating Procedures. Ensure compliance to Public Finance Management Act and Treasury Regulations daily. Compile and consolidate Commitment for meantime and annual economic statements. Investigate and clear commitments for the Department. Ensure easy and profitable economic closure. Provide inputs to meantime and annual monetary statement.
