Debt Counselling

We are a Leading Debt Counselling company based in Kempton Park. We have a vacancy for a candidate for Customer Service Officer (Email Unit) whose primary function will be to assist our clients and credit providers via email regarding their Debt Counselling process and queries. The successful applicants should have a passion for Customer Service Excellence.


· Registered Debt Counsellor,

· Matric,

· Be Fully Computer Literate,

· Customer Service Experience i.e. via email and/or telephone (min 12months)

· Strong administration background,

· Very Good MS Excel skills,

· The Ability To Work under Pressure,

· Excellent Communication Skills – both verbal and written,

· Ability to diarise and follow up,

· Good Attention to Detail Be Proactive Work independently with little supervision Personal Attributes,

Punctual High Level of patience and assertiveness,

· Customer & Quality focus,

· Service Orientated Trustworthy and Honest.

· Can work in a team.

· Able to work 1 Saturday a month till 1pm

Skills/Qualification:· Debt Counselling Experience.

· Successful Completion of the Debt Counselling Course

· Knowledge of the NCA
