REQUIREMENTS: Three-year tertiary degree in Disaster Management/ Law/ Compliance Management/ Risk Management. National certificate in Business Administration is required. 5 years of functional experience in Compliance Management and Business Continuity Management / Disaster Recovery / Crisis Management of that 3 years is at the management level. Knowledge: Strategic objectives of the Compensation Fund. Principles of Customer Service (Principles of Batho Pele). Law and Regulation of the Public Service. Knowledge of corporate governance requirements. Internal audit and assurance practices. Concepts, frameworks and methods of enterprise risk management. Knowledge of the concepts of risk financing and risk control. Experience in crisis and/or incident management processes. Law for the Promotion of Access to Information. Promotion of Justice to Information Law (SHAW). Public Service Law. Public Service Regulations. Regulation of the National Treasury. RESPONSIBILITIES: Develop and manage business continuity and compliance management plans, policies and strategies. Manage the implementation of the Fund’s compliance management program. Manage the entity: full-scale business continuity strategies and response arrangements. Manage the coordination of awareness campaigns to alert employees of disruptive events. Manage resources and all the resources of the subdirectory.
