DUTIES : Supervise and keep common hygiene in the meals carrier unit and milk kitchen. Implement and keep the following: Standard menu’s, manufacturing planning and right techniques for receipt, storage, preparation, inventory control, element manipulate and distribution of meals and milk formulas. Supervise and keep the instruction and distribution of milk feeds to the wards, in accordance to prescribed standardized recipes and the trendy operation processes and keep temperature manipulate in the course of the various processes. Implement, keep and supervise security measures for the guidance of ingredients and the use of equipment and tools and standard hygiene in the unit. Implement saving measures, test inventories and preserve safety measures to restriction the loss of stock, equipment and gear in the unit. Assist the Food Service Manager with the checking of responsibility rosters and HR relative things (recruitment and selection, orientation of new staff, in-service training, discipline, grievances and workforce overall performance appraisal).
