Be in possession of a Degree/National Diploma in Human Resources Development, OD-ETP qualificaiton and SDF certificate.
Should have three to 5 years of journey in studying and development.

Collate TNAs and capabilities audit submissions.
Complie a company annual education plan.
Coordinate the implementation of Learning and Development programmes (e.g. ABET, Learnership and Internship, etc.)
Compile and make sure correct and whole statistics for regulatory reporting.
Assit in first-rate assuring mastering and improvement programmes.
Render administrative and technical help on all gaining knowledge of and improvement initiatives to the unit.
Post, replace and preserve gaining knowledge of information.
Manage the learner administration system
Manage different getting to know and development-related databases.
Coordinate and administer all divisional bursary schemes.
Manage the coaching monitoring device and collect reports.
Coordinate the compilation of the organisation’s place of job abilities graph and annual education report.
Coordinate the logistics for interior governance and consultative structures.
Provide abilities improvement facilitator help to the Manager: Learning and Development.
Coordinate superb implementation of coaching programmes (Induction, MDP, RPL, Internships and Learnership.
Coordinate fantastic implementation of distinct initiatives ( co-funded/collaborations).
Collate data from special sources for venture reviews as per funder requirements.
Assist in coordinating inside and exterior sources to accomplish assignments inside given deadlines.
Assist with the implementation of the capabilities audit project.
Assits with Impact Asseement of getting to know and improvement programmes/courses/projects etc.
