REQUIREMENTS : ABET stage four or NQF degree 1 to three with no experience. Understanding of a Laundry set up. Poses appropriate conversation skills, be capable to work shifts mainly night time shift. Be capable to rotate areas in the laundry. Honest and dependable Poses bodily electricity and to cope with bodily needs of position. Be in a position to work as a crew and or independently.
DUTIES : Render laundry services: Maintain a protected and easy working surroundings in line with health and protection standards. Collect linen from applicable depots. Keep an correct report of linen gathered and lower back to applicable units. Follow the fundamental method tips in making ready and disinfecting linen for wash. Follow the fundamental manner hints for washed and cleaned linen. Keep linen in
good country through inspecting, mending and marking laundry. Be capable to function a number of machines in the laundry (i.e., washing, dryer ironing and pressers). Iron, fold, be counted and pack laundered gadgets and seal linen bags. Collect and supply linen to clients. Sort, matter and document soiled linen. Do all laundry duties as directed with the aid of the supervisor. Report any computer defaults to the supervisor. Maintain laundry equipment/machines: Monitor gear temperature. Keep laundry tools in a desirable state. Report defects. Check and request gear service.
