SALARY : Grade 1: R388 974 per annum
Grade 2: R478 404 per annum
plus thirteenth cheque, medical-aid (optional) house owners allowance (employee
must meet the prescribed requirements)

REQUIREMENTS : Post Graduate Diploma in Nephrology Nursing Science), Senior Certificate/Grade 12 PLUS A Diploma/Degree in Nursing, Midwifery and Community PLUS A put up registration qualification in Nursing Education registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) PLUS A put up registration qualification in Nephrology Nursing Science PLUS Proof of Current Registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) 2022 PLUS A minimum of 4 (4) years appropriate/recognizable journey after registration as a Professional Nurse with the South African Nursing Council in General Nursing (in the case of grade 1 PND 1) or A minimal of fourteen (14) years appropriate/recognizable ride after registration as a Professional Nurse with the South African Nursing Council in General Nursing of which ten (10) years of the length referred to above should be terrific / recognizable experience in Nursing Education (in the case of grade two PND 2). Unendorsed legitimate Code EB driver’s licence (code 08). Recommendations: Master’s Degree in Nursing. A minimal of six months medical trip in Nephrology Nursing. NB: All shortlisted candidates will be required to post proof of work trip recommended and stamped by using employer/s prior to the date of the interview. Knowledge, Skills and Experience: Have in-depth understanding of procedures and approaches associated to Nephrology Nursing Science. Possess expertise of applicable Legislation, Acts, Prescripts and Policy frameworks informing the region of operation. Knowledge of nursing schooling programmes and curriculum. Proficiency in instructing and evaluation in Nephrology Nursing Science and comparison approaches. Possess proper verbal exchange (written & verbal) and presentation skills. Computer literacy.

DUTIES : Provide training and education to scholar nurses. Coordinate medical learning
exposure to college students between university and scientific areas. Coordinates and make sure medical accompaniment of students. Coordinates the implementation of R635 programme (Nephrology) inclusive of instructing and mastering and evaluation of R171 and R425 programmes. Develops and make sure implementation of satisfactory assurance programmes. Collaborates with different interior and exterior stakeholders and construct a sound relationship inside the Department. Oversees the supervision of students. Policy evaluation and development. Development and evaluate of nursing curricula for all classes of training. Implements the new nursing programmes in line with SANC and CHE regulations. Participates in the provisioning of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) things to do at the Campus. Participates in all governance buildings of the College. Support the mission and promote the photograph of the college. Exercise manipulate over students.
