PURPOSE OF POSITION: Leading a keep group to meet enterprise KPIs which include using sales, price control, mitigating dangers and inventory loss, administration and making sure world classification shop standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Increase income through focusing on patron provider and world-class save standards, upkeep of the save image, inventory administration and promotional implementation
Stock loss is minimised by using having a healthful keep lifestyle and following protection measures, inventory and money managing procedures.
Manage fee in accordance to the company’s low price way of life through using efficiencies in the store.
Ensure administrative responsibilities inside the keep are completed in accordance to the agency guidelines.
Leading a dynamic crew of Dynamos – taking accountability for crew training, teaching and performance.
Standards – preserve regularly occurring health, protection and housekeeping standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12
Proficient in English.
Relevant tertiary schooling – a degree/diploma in a business/retail associated subject would be an advantage.
Ideally 1-2 years journey in a retail surroundings inside a management role.
Computer Literate (Microsoft and/or Google GSuite – will be an advantage).
ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
