PURPOSE OF POSITION: Leading a save crew to meet enterprise KPIs which includes using sales, value control, mitigating dangers and inventory loss, administration, and making sure world-class keep standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Increase income through focusing on patron carrier and world-class keep standards, protection of the shop image, inventory administration and promotional implementation
Stock loss is minimized through having a wholesome keep tradition and following safety measures, inventory and money coping with procedures.
Manage value in accordance to the enterprise low price subculture by means of riding efficiencies in the store.
Ensure administrative responsibilities inside the shop are accomplished in accordance to the business enterprise guidelines.
Leading a dynamic crew of Dynamos – taking duty for crew training, coaching, and performance.
Standards – preserve well-known health, safety, and housekeeping standards.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Grade 12
Proficient in English.
Relevant tertiary training – a degree/diploma in a business/retail-related subject would be an advantage.
Ideally 1-2 years ride in a retail surroundings inside a management role.
Computer Literate (Microsoft and/or Google GSuite – will be an advantage).
ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
