Role Overview:
As a Channel Representative at RCL FOODS, you will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, ensuring our products reach as many hands as possible. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and expanding our market presence.
Minimum Requirements:
- Educational Qualification:
- Matriculation certificate.
- Valid Driver’s License (Code 10) with PDP.
- Experience:
- 3 to 5 years in a sales role, preferably within the FMCG sector.
- Experience as a driver salesman will be an added advantage.
Key Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in computer literacy and report writing.
- Excellent interpersonal, logical, and analytical thinking abilities.
- Competent in decision-making, presentation, negotiation, and organizational awareness.
- Knowledgeable about sales planning, compliance, and the latest industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Optimize product distribution for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with delivery schedules and order accuracy.
- Regularly update and maintain customer data for precise GPS tracking.
- Analyze and improve sales figures, aiming for minimal product returns.
- Develop strategies to outperform competitors and meet sales targets.
- Lead and manage driver teams, ensuring top-notch service delivery.
Internal and External Collaboration:
You will work closely with Sales Representatives, Telesales, Finance, Distribution, and Line Managers within the organization, as well as maintain robust relationships with all our General Trade customers.
