Sales Admin Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities

Process orders through e mail or cellphone Check facts accuracy in orders and invoices Contact purchasers to achieve lacking records or reply queries Liaise with the Logistics branch to make certain well timed deliveries Maintain and replace income and consumer records
Develop month-to-month income reviews Communicate necessary remarks from clients internally Ensure income ambitions are met and document any deviations Stay updated with new merchandise and features Desired Experience & Qualification

Required Qualification:

Matric (Senior Certificate)
Valid Driver’s License
Advantageous Skills:
Systems trip (QuickBooks, Pastel, SAP, Xerox Etc.)
Fully bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
Proficient in Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to talk efficiently with clients & suppliers (Telephonically & Electronically)
Package & Remuneration
R7,500.00 pm
