SALARY: R477,090 per annum, plus 37% in lieu of benefits

REQUIREMENTS: National Diploma (NQF6) Bachelor’s Degree (NQF7) in Information Technology/Computer Science/NDip in Information Technology (Software Development/Computer Science PLUS Microsoft and/or SAP Certificate (ASP K4+ or equivalent) +Foundation ITIL Four (4) years functional/technical experience in CX projects OR equivalent experience in a similar internal IT team role, i.e. leading SAP/in terms of development, implementation and maintenance of SharePoint and workflow systems Group-wide work and/or management of API integration in a multi-vendor IT landscape/business systems Knowledge: extensive knowledge of SAP functional areas, good experience of working in a highly customized SAP system, technical standards/procedures, workflow automation, report writing using ALV and ABAP lists, knowledge of SAP ECC and insurance, working knowledge of Solution Manager, prog dialog branching, solution development life cycle. Skills: Application Support, Maintenance, Software Systems Analysis, End User Training, Project Management, Stock/User Upgrades.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Document and develop the technical design of IES SAP solutions. Analyze, specify and configure the IES SAP Business Objects Module. Provide support and maintenance of SAP applications. Maintain authorization, organizational structure, CRM and reporting modules.
