Duties & Responsibilities
Ensuring the posting of Security Officers are achieved timeously and that all Security Officers meet contractual necessities as stipulated by using the Company.
General administration and supervision of safety staff.
Investigating incidents and attending conferences with administration related to risks, incidents and possibilities for improvement.
Control and oversee get admission to to Company premises.
Take protection motion as and when required.
Advise senior administration group on chance control/security things and elevate out threat assessments/surveys.
Identify areas of high-risk publicity and enforce accelerated threat manage / protection measures to counteract.
Ensure that all crimes involving property / hobbies of the Company are fastidiously investigated.
Additional protection obligations as deemed essential by using Management.
Desired Experience & Qualification
Must be in a position and inclined to work night time hours.
Grade 12, legitimate drivers licence & PSIRA registered.
At least 5 years’ trip in a comparable position.
SAPS and / or protection force ride / background.
Must have a firearm competency – Handgun.
Must be acquainted with all regulation pertaining to to the role with at least two years investigating experience.
Firefighting and First Aid skills and experience.
Good interpersonal abilities in order to liaise with client, community, SAPS and outdoor stakeholders.
Experience in crowd/strike control.
