REQUIREMENTS : National Diploma in Law / National Diploma Deeds Registration Law / Buris /
B Proc / LLB three years’ ride in first degree examination of deeds and documents. Deeds registration tactics and procedures. Interpretation of statutes. Examination of Deeds. Human Resource prescripts. Project Management. Property Law. Computer skills. Communication skills. Organising skills. Problem fixing skills. Interpersonal skills. Report writing. Supervisory skills. People Management skills. Interpretation skills. Analytical skills.

DUTIES : Examine deeds and documents. Check that first degree examination responsibilities have
been carried out and provoke corrective measures the place necessary. Examine deeds for registrability, suggest conveyancers about non-compliance with practice, tactics and regulation then pass by or reject deeds and documents. Compile satisfactory assurance record take fantastic interventions and submit. Update acts, manuals, and circulars. Training of subordinates. Conduct person-to-person education and preserve coaching agenda and submit. Nominate subordinates for deeds coaching courses. Consult with purchasers bearing on to deeds and documents. Discuss notes with Conveyancers and grant guidance. Check the deeds for compliance and cast off notes. Distribute deeds. Sort and check / fee deeds for distribution and collect distribution list. Distribute deeds in accordance to transactions and batches to Examiners. Monitor allotted townships / schemes / rosters / corrective upkeep and expedited deeds. Analyse DOTS reviews on discrepancies and incredible deeds and initiate corrective measures. Implement measures to tackle backlogs.
