REQUIREMENTS : A Grade 12 certificate. No trip required. Basic understanding of supply
chain duties, practices as properly as the potential to seize data, operate laptop and accumulating statistics. Basic understanding and perception of the legislative framework governing the Public Service. Basic understanding of work approaches in phrases of the working environment. DUTIES : Render asset administration clerical support. Compile and hold files (e.g asset archives / databases). Check and trouble furniture, gear and add-ons to elements and individuals. Identify redundant, non serviceable and out of date gear for disposal. Verify asset register. Render demand and acquisition clerical support. Update and preserve a provider (including contractors) database. Register suppliers on LOGIS or similar system. Request and get hold of quotations. Capture specification on the digital buying system. Place orders. Issue and get hold of bid documents. Provide secretariat or logistical assist at some point of the bid consideration and contracts conclusion process. Compile draft archives as required. Render logistical help services. Place orders for goods. Receive and affirm goods from suppliers. Capture items in registers databases. Receive request for items from give up users. Issue items to stop users. Maintain items register. Update and preserve register of suppliers.
