REQUIREMENTS : A Grade 12 certificate. No trip required. Basic understanding of supply chain duties, practices as nicely as the capability to seize data, function pc and amassing statistics. DUTIES : Render asset administration clerical support. Compile and hold information (e.g asset records/databases). Check and difficulty furniture, tools and add-ons to factors and individuals. Identify redundant, non serviceable and out of date gear for disposal. Verify asset register. Render demand and acquisition clerical support. Update and keep a dealer (including contractors) database. Register suppliers on LOGIS or similar system. Request and obtain quotations. Capture specification on the digital buying system. Place orders. Issue and acquire bid documents. Provide secretariat or logistical assist throughout the bid consideration and contracts conclusion process. Compile draft files as required. Render logistical assist services. Place orders for goods. Receive and confirm goods from suppliers. Capture items in registers databases. Receive request for items from give up users. Issue items to stop users. Maintain items register. Update and hold register of suppliers.
