We are looking for administrator or Receptionist to join us in our term work.

Required minimal schooling and training:

• Grade 12
• Drivers license and personal vehicle
Required minimal work experience:
• Minimum 1-year of ride as an Administrator and/or Receptionist
• Working understanding of MS Office Suite

Key overall performance areas:

• Welcoming of guests
• Manage the Reception region and notify workforce if there are visitors
• Answering smartphone calls and noting messages the place needed
• Assist with printing and copying
• Create and keep submitting systems
• Ensure a clean, geared up environment
• Receive and distribute all courier parcels
• Act in a expert and pleasant manner
• Show a excessive stage of client centricity at all times
• Manage month-to-month workplace stationery orders and ad-hoc duties
• General administrative duties.
