VACANCY – EXPERIENCED OFFICE MANAGER – PLETTENBERG BAY

This Candidate needs to be a PA & Manage an Office of busy Property Management consultants,

and help them with their online marketing.

Requirements:

• Minimum matric, a tertiary qualification an advantage.(marketing, business admin,etc)

• Minimum of 5 years experience as an Office Manager

• 5 years experience as a PA.

• Must be able to coordinate diaries for many Consultants and clients walking into the office.

• Must be extremely computer literate Microsoft and Excel and other database management systems.

• Must be very strong on Social media, If you have knowledge of html and web design it would be an advantage.

• Excellent organisation skills

• Some excellent marketing skills especially digital and internet.

• Previous experience in a Property Management company an advantage

• Bilingual in English and Afrikaans

• Drivers license and own car essential.

• Must live in Plettenberg Bay or close surrounds or have accommodation in the area.

Salary negotiable on Experience
